What’s a bookable resource?

A bookable resource is an object created on Timekit with the purpose of finding and syncing availability information and bookings. Users, rooms, employees or assets can be resources.

What's a booking project?

Project can be your event types or services. It's where you store all your logic around how you and your resources can be booked. You can create as many as you need and add your resources to some or all without worrying about conflict on their schedule.

How to you track bookings on your Elastic plan?

Simple, we track the number of "booking created" events on your account. A booking that is cancelled, rescheduled or declined counts as a booking created.

Are there discounts for yearly plans?

Yes! If you pay for a year in advance you save compared to paying per month. We also provide volume discount on our Elastic plan if you opt to an annual billing frequency.

Is my data safe?

We run Timekit on Digital Ocean and our servers are located in San Francisco, USA. The Digital Ocean cloud infrastructure has been architected to be one of the most high performing and secure cloud computing environments available on the planet.
