How can I change my account details?

Just log in to your Timekit account and click on the account icon in the bottom left corner. Then click account settings and update.

How can I update my credit card information?

Log in to your Timekit account and click on your account icon in the bottom left corner then click app settings and choose the billing tab. Press “update billing” to either edit or add a new credit card.

What payment methods & currencies can I use?

The Pro plan is available by credit card. You will be billed in US Dollars (USD). Our Enterprise plan is eligible for invoiced billing upon request.

Is there any subscription engagement?

No, you pay month by month and can stop your subscription at any time.

I develop an open source or not-for-profit project

We are active supporters of community projects! We might be able to help you out. Setup your project using the 14-day free trial and send us a request by email. We’ll get back to you to let you know if you are eligible for an offer.

How can I get a free access to test the service?

In order to let you try Timekit and see if it fits with your use case, we offer a 14-day trial period for every new account - all features included.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your Timekit account and select app settings from the drop down. Choose the billing tab and select "cancel subscription".

What is a bookable resource?

A bookable resource is a objects created on Timekit with the purpose of finding and syncing availability information and bookings. Bookable resources can be people, offices, assets or items owned by you or your company.

I forgot/lost my password. How do I reset it?

You can reset your password by clicking on the lost password here

How much do you charge for support?

Nothing! Support is built into each of our pricing options, so you’ll never pay more for support than you do for our service. You can look at the Pricing page to see what levels of support are provided by tier. 

How do I delete my account?

You can contact us by email and ask for an account removal. Upon account deletion you will no longer be able to recover your Timekit account.
